Headspace is an organisation that provides support to young people. It also offers online and phone counselling services.

Mental Health and Well Being Hub 105 Dana Street, Ballarat

Offers free support for Victorians of all ages as well as support for friends, families and carers of people who are experiencing mental health issues. Call 1300 375 330 or visit the Hub at Dana St.
