Humanities

As Term 4 came to an end, students in Humanities completed an exciting end-of-year project focused on Ancient China or Ancient Egypt. They developed an inquiry question to guide their research on a chosen artefact. To bring their learning to life, students also designed and constructed a mini artefact out of clay, inspired by their research and showcasing their creativity.

This hands-on approach fostered critical thinking, enhanced research skills, and deepened their appreciation for the rich histories of Ancient China and Ancient Egypt. We were truly impressed by the unique and insightful artefacts our students created, all with the invaluable support of our amazing art teacher, Ms. Turnbull.
