What a HUGE couple of weeks in the music program!

We had Elio the magician last week (F 1 2) and we were all enthralled by his magic!

I was literally 2 metres away and where did those doves come from???? The audience was beautifully mannered during the performances!

STOMP dance started this week for year 1 2 3 4 and I am so thrilled to hear that Monday’s group participated so well!

There will be parent open days later in the term so watch this space. You all know I love dancing so I am thrilled to see the students enjoying this so much!

Last week and this we have had the SOIREE auditions which is basically like me watching a free concert! Amazing talent that makes me feel so proud to be the music teacher at this school!

A meeting on Thursday at recess will announce those successful for this night of musical excellence! 

Choreography begins next week at lunchtime in the hall. In case you have forgotten the details see attached!

Coming up year 4 5 6 night out for SISTER ACT THE MUSICAL I will distribute tickets soon to the office and these are the actual tickets so parents need to sign and collect. If a student collects and they get lost they cannot be replaced! They are the real tickets!

Carols will soon be upon us and the teachers are looking for students to suggest some new and fabulous carols!!
