SASS Recognition Week

Last week, we celebrated SASS Recognition Week and took the opportunity to recognise our wonderful SASS team of Carlingford West Public School.  You do so much behind the scenes to keep our school running smoothly every day and we really appreciate all your hard work and dedication.

The P & C prepared a pampering gift for all the amazing SASS staff as a thank you for all the work they do.  We hope you enjoyed this surprise!

Father’s Day Stall

Father's Day Stall was successful completed last Wednesday & Thursday. It was wonderful to see the students enjoying their special shopping time.

A huge thank you to our amazing volunteers who came along and helped make the event happen –

Uniform Shop Stocktake - Week 10, Term 3

The Uniform Shop will be conducting its annual stocktake during Week 10, Term 3. As a result, there will be changes to order processing and shop operations.

· Order cut-off:   Monday, 21 September 5pm

· Final order deliver:   Tuesday, 22 September

· From Wednesday 23 September:   The Uniform Shop will be closed for stocktake

Uniform Shop update

Uniform Shop will be open on Wednesday afternoons between 2:30pm and 4:00pm.

This is an additional service for pick up only.

The process for uniform purchasing and returning will remain the same.

Online Uniform Shop 

The Uniform Shop is open for online ordering only.

Due to the large volume of orders, please allow 10 - 14 days for processing and delivery to your child's classroom.

If you need to purchase any school uniform items, please use the link below to order.  The link to Online Ordering is also on our school website under "Our School" - "Uniforms".

Online orders will be delivered ONCE a week on a Thursday to your child’s classroom. If you submit your order after Tuesday, you will receive your order on the following Thursday.

Please ensure that you have your child's name and class on the order.

Exchange is no longer available, please follow “Refund” process to refund the item(s) you have purchased within 14 days.

For hygiene reasons, refund does not apply to accessories, such as hats, socks, any kind of ties. All accessories are not refundable.

For a refund, item(s) must be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase, in original condition and packaging. Fill in the “Uniform Order Refund Application Form” (found in your order packaging) together with the item(s) and drop into the School Office.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card as soon as possible.
