Spotlight on: Positive Coping and Stress Management

 

How do we deal with stress? It is an unavoidable part of life but what skills can we learn to help us manage?

 

Our students learn positive coping skills within our program. These are strategies that can be used when needed but it is important to note that they are skills and they need practise. It is recommended that the skill is practised regularly when you are calm and receptive so that you are able to use it effectively when needed.
