A huge thank you to Mrs Noor Naim for hosting our recent school community meeting in our newly opened School Gymnasium.
Mrs Naim, along with members of our Wellbeing team, warmly welcomed parents and students to the event.
Attendees were engaged by insightful presentations from our School Counsellors - Nathan and Agnes, as well as our guest speaker from Headspace - Ashley Van.
We deeply appreciate Mrs Naim’s dedication, organisation, and her ongoing commitment to strengthening connections with our local community.
A very special thank you to our Business Manager - Ms Thanh Chan, our School Administration Manager - Ms Antida Russo, as well as our Community Liaison Officers for all their help and support on the day.
Year 9 Child Studies
A Special Thank You to Mrs Menashi and our Year 9 students
Our Year 9 Child Studies class recently demonstrated wonderful teamwork and creativity by organising a beautiful Baby Shower for their teacher, Mrs Shannon. The students created posters, hosted a baby guessing competition, and brought in a wonderful array of homemade goodies.
I would like to extend my thanks to Mrs Menashi for her dedication in guiding our students through this thoughtful project. We are all eagerly awaiting the big reveal and wish Mrs Shannon all the best for her introduction to Motherhood.
A heartfelt thank you also goes to Mrs Shannon for her unwavering commitment as Year Adviser over the past three and a half years. Mrs Shannon consistently puts the needs of our students first and brings warmth and care to everything she does.
Our Year 9 students are excited for the arrival of baby Shannon, and we all wish her and her husband the very best as they take on the most important role of all - parenthood.
Industrial Technology - Timber
It was great to visit our students that have been working hard to create breadboards in Timber. Students have learnt safe workshop practices and procedures and have been investigating factors influencing the design in timber projects.
Thank you to Mr Miller for the opportunity to visit your amazing Timber class. Students are certainly enjoying learning in a practical subject!
Mother's Day Breakfast
Thank you to Mrs Kumar, Mr Nguy and the team for creating a wonderful atmosphere for our annual Mother’s Day breakfast. It was certainly a team effort and a lovely way to appreciate and recognise the dedication of our mothers in the community.
A very special thank you to our Business Manager, Thanh; to our School Administrative Manager, Antida; and to our Community Liaison Officers for all their help and support on the day.
