Principals Message
Good afternoon everyone.
Welcome back to school and the beginning of Term 2. We trust that everyone had a wonderful break and safe Easter.
As you may already know through the media, the sad news of Pope Francis passing away. Below is a letter from our Bishop, Greg Bennett. Father Stanley will be officiating a Mass at 5pm tonight in the church for Pope Francis. Everyone is invited.
On Friday, ANZAC day, please take time to reflect on our service men and women who past and present who are serving or have served for our wonderful country. We thank them for the sacrifices and for the peace and freedom we enjoy today.
The 5/6 are off to Melbourne Camp on Monday for 3 days. Students always look forward to this much anticipated camp. It is so much fun but quite tiring, so we've given the 5/6's a rest day on Thursday 1st May. I will be away with the 5/6's during this time. The P & F are holding a meeting on Monday 28th April. It will be held at 6pn at the RSL in Leongatha. Everyone is most welcome to come along.
A reminder that if you are not on a payment plan or other payment agreement and your school fees are not paid, they are overdue. Please pay in full as soon as possible or contact the school to arrange an appointment if you are having difficulties in meeting your school fee commitments. If you have recently become eligible for a Healthcare Card, please contact the school as you may be eligible for a school fee subsidy
We have lots to look forward to during term 2. Have a relaxing extra, extra long weekend.
