Visual Arts

Year 1 and 2 students have been learning about artist, Wassily Kandinsky. They learnt about his life and artistic contributions. Students took inspiration from his work, Squares with Concentric Circles, to create artwork of their own.

Year 3 and 4 students have continued their study of Australian artists, this week focusing on the work of Sidney Nolan. They spent time looking at his Ned Kelly series and used his paintings as inspiration for their own artwork.

Performing Arts

Foundation and Year one students have been learning new songs and dances, here is their most recent song.

Autumn song

Like a leaf 🍁 or feather 🪶 

In the windy, windy weather 

We will whirl around and twirl around

And all fall down together
