Grade 5/6 MSO Excursion
On Thursday the 8th of May, all year 5 and 6 students took a train to a brilliant performance presented by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. In the concert, we listened to three pieces including John Williams’ Hedwig's Theme, Saint-Saëns’ Danse Macabre, and Stravinsky’s Firebird suite. We all had a blast learning about all the different families of the orchestra, and listening to the music.
