French Hopscotch Conjugation

This term kicked off with energy and enthusiasm in French class as students took their learning outside with a conjugation hopscotch activity. Set up in the courtyard just outside the library, this interactive game invited students to revise key verb conjugations in a fun and active way by hopping to the correct conjugation associated with the pronoun. It was the perfect opportunity to enjoy the beautiful weather while reinforcing key grammar skills.

Inside the classroom, students described themselves and their friends in French to create a colourful display that now decorates the walls. To build confidence ahead of their CAT, they also took part in a fun speed dating activity, practicing language in an authentic and unprompted manner.

Movement, and language learning all combined to create a memorable and engaging start to the term!
