Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships

This Term in Prep we are learning about different emotions that we may feel and strategies that we can use to help us deal with these emotions when they arise. This week we played a game where we had to show what our body might look like when we feel certain emotions.
We spoke about what our body might look like when we feel happy, excited, sad or angry. We then thought of some times that we might have felt these emotions. As a class we discussed things that we can do when we feel these emotions such as breathing exercises to help us calm down if we are feeling angry. These strategies that we learnt about will help us not only at school but at home too!
