Swimming

Congratulations to Charlotte G (6H), who competed at the State Swimming Championships at MSAC last Thursday. Charlotte swam in the 50m Butterfly, finishing 6th with a personal best time of 34.96 seconds. Amazing effort Charlotte, well done.

Cross Country

Division, 3rd June, Banyule Flats

Regional, 18th June, Kilmore Race Club

State, 24th July, Yarra Valley Racing Club

Last Monday, the 13th of May, students from grades three to six walked to Chelsworth Park to compete in the School Sport Victoria District Championships for cross country. Those in grades three and four ran a two-kilometre race and grades five and six ran three-kilometres. 

Congratulations to everyone who participated and to those who finished in the top twelve places as they have qualified for the next round of cross-country, which is the Division Championships.   

A special mention to the IPS girls who performed the best overall and were awarded the Ivanhoe District Champions trophy for the second year in a row.

All games start at 11.30am, for home fixtures netball is at school, AFL is at Seddon Reserve and T-ball is at Cartledge Reserve.
