Years F - 2

F/1/2 have had a great first two weeks back at school. We’ve been settling into routines and taking part in a range of ready to learn and relationship-building activities.

I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the class and feel lucky to be teaching a small group of 12 curious and enthusiastic students.

This fortnight, students also took part in a beading session, using their fine motor skills to create bracelets. It was great to see their focus and creativity.

From next week, reader bags will begin coming home. Home reading plays an important role in supporting students’ confidence and development, and we appreciate your support in building this routine at home.

I look forward to meeting families at the upcoming conferences and working together to support each child’s learning.
