Updated School Policies

Artificial Intelligence Student Use Policy
“Schools are not called to follow the pace of the digital world, but to offer that which the digital sphere by itself cannot provide, namely a shared time for learning and developing trustworthy relationships.”
These words from Pope Leo XIV remind us that while Artificial Intelligence is becoming an increasingly common part of young people's lives, education remains fundamentally about the formation of the whole person. Strong academic outcomes are built not only on access to technology, but on the development of knowledge, critical thinking, sound judgement, and meaningful relationships with teachers and peers.
At the start of Semester 2, the College will launch its updated Artificial Intelligence Student Use Policy and move to a single approved AI platform, Microsoft Co-Pilot, for student use. This policy seeks to ensure that AI is used safely, ethically, and in ways that enhance learning while preserving the thinking, creativity, and academic integrity that underpin genuine achievement.
