Grade Sport - 11-a-side Soccer

It didn't look like it was going to be a great season for the 11-a-side soccer team, their first game was a 3-1 loss to Peakhurst High. However, the team were quick to learn from the mistakes from that game and went on an 7 game unbeaten streak, resulting in them topping the ladder and qualifying for the semifinal stage of the tournament. 

Unfortunately, despite a courageous performance by the whole squad, we fell to a 1-0 defeat to Penshurst High.

As the team coach, I have to say how proud and impressed I have been by the attitude and effort show on the pitch by every player this season. The most difficult decision I had to make, every game, was who to award the Player of the Match to, as week in-week out everyone gave 100%.
