Career Happenstane Theory

For students who are currently not sure of what pathway they would like to take the Career Happenstance theory encourages students to be open to new experiences and opportunities. It emphasis is on external factors and unplanned events that helps guides you to your career. Example of this is having a part time job and then meeting your mentor in this job who leads you to another career. Or starting a course which will lead you to another course of study.
