On May 22nd, King's College sent three teams to compete at the Warrnambool Division Winter Sports. We hosted this event on our new outdoor courts.

Girls from Year 8 - 10 competed in Netball. Thank you to Sarah Bond for preparing and coaching these students.

Lachlan Bail's Sports Academy class has been training for Soccer. Our Year 9 - 10 boys were undefeated and have qualified to progress to the Regional Finals. Thank you to Tom Leach for coaching on the day.

Division Cross Country

The Division Cross Country was really fun. We drove to Warrnambool Lawn Bowls and went to the oval behind it. It's a beautiful place with a great set up. The grass was mowed beautifully. There were only five of us from King's College but we were determined kids. Alina and Tom from Year 4 ran 2km. Evelyn and Jemimah from Year 5 ran 3km and Benji from Year 6 ran 3km. Tom ran first and tried his best. Then Alina went and she did a really good job. Then Evelyn and Jemimah went and they tried really hard. After Benji ran, he did his best. We all had a good day at Division Cross Country even if we didn't win we tried our best efforts and had fun.
