Student Welbeing

World Mental Health Day – 10/10/23

Student Services have arranged a smorgasbord of wellbeing activities for World Mental Health Day, Tuesday 10 October, during lunchtime at various locations around the school. The schedule of activities has been attached.

Wellbeing is a multifaced concept that encompasses various aspects of a young person’s life. With this in mind, the activities have been designed to meet the needs of their physical, mental, emotional, and social health. These activities do not require any skills to participate in, and we enthusiastically invite all students to give one a try.

Spots will be limited so please use the link or come into Student Services to sign up to the activities: Sign Up Form - WMHD

As an additional bonus, Student Services will randomly select four students from those who participate to receive a family ticket to HallowScream at Montsalvat!

Upcoming Parenting Sessions

The Nillumbik Parenting Series is a range of free information sessions and workshops that provide strategies and tools to help families to strengthen skills in providing positive support to children and young people, and responding effectively during the most challenging times.
