This term, Year 3 students have focused on school lunch programme at primary schools in Japan. They have participated in activities which allow them to find out more about the school lunch of Japanese children. They will see what kind of school lunch Japanese primary school children have and look at the connections with their local community. In Japan, they cook and eat vegetables that students grow in their school vegetable patch and eat their local speciality food for school lunch! Year 3 students are able to give their name and age in a polite way and say 'We eat sandwich for lunch.' “It is delicious!” in Japanese.

みんな よくがんばったね!(Well done, Year 3 students!)
