Prep Team

Term 4 has been fantastic for our Preps, full of exciting adventures and valuable learning experiences.

We had our first excursion to Hicks Reserve at the beginning of the term. This trip was great and aligned with our inquiry topic for the term - delving into our local community.

In the classroom, our Preps have not only reinforced their understanding of letter sounds but have also started applying this newfound knowledge to their writing. It's been a pleasure to see them engage in expressive writing, and getting creative with words.

Our young mathematicians have delved into addition and subtraction. Observing their enthusiasm for solving math problems has been truly rewarding! However, it's not just numbers that have been keeping them busy; they've also been exploring shapes and patterns, adding a touch of creativity to their mathematical adventures.

As we approach the end of the term, we want to take a moment to appreciate the hard work our Preps have put in. They've shown resilience, curiosity, and a thirst for knowledge that's truly commendable.

Here's to a strong finish to Term 4 and a well-deserved break for our Preps.
