Downball Workshops

Over three days on the 22, 23 and 24 of November, our P-6 students were extremely fortunate to participate in Downball workshops. Three fabulous coaches conducted the workshops, Tom, Summer and Cooper. The coaches encouraged students to focus on many skills and revisited the ‘Old School Rules’ to ensure everyone had a fair and enjoyable experience. All students were outstanding and participated to the best of their ability.

The team from Down Ball Australia are a part of the first official downball league, founded by a bunch of downball fanatics in 2020. Their theory is Downball, 4 Square, King, whatever you call it - downball is a game for everyone, and they love it.

It has been wonderful to see our entire P-6 community using our downball squares over the past week, practicing what they have learnt and participating in this game for all ages.
