Father's Day at Trug

With Father's Day right around the corner this Sunday the 7th of September, we are excited to celebrate the special father figures in our school community! We sincerely wish all our families a wonderful weekend ahead.

Our annual Father’s Day Stall will be held next week on Wednesday the 3rd and Thursday the 4th of September in Room 25. Students in Years Foundation to Six will have the opportunity to choose a thoughtful gift for Dad, Grandpa, or another special person in their lives.

Important details:

• Gifts will be priced between $1–$7.
• Students can bring up to ten dollars and will be able to purchase a maximum of 2  gifts.
• Please send your child to school with a bag to carry their gift home safely, and to carry their money responsibly, preferrably labelled with their class and name.
• If you would like to help on the day, volunteers are still warmly welcomed - please contact the office as soon as possible and ensure you have a valid Working with Children Check to present on arrival.

The stall visiting timetable is currently being filled out by our teachers. Your child's stall day/time or any changes made will be communicated to you via your child's classroom teacher on Compass/via their student planner. Any classes who have not allocated a time by Monday 9am will be allocated a spot based on what is available. 

This is always a much loved event for students, and we thank our school community for supporting it each year.
