Thinking about getting more involved at Ringwood Swimming Club? 

Joining the committee is a great way to meet new people, support the club, and have a say in how things run. You don’t need any special experience—just a bit of time and a willingness to help out. There are a range of roles, so there’s something to suit everyone:

• President
• Vice President
• Coach Liaison
• Treasurer
• Secretary
• Social Media
• Fundraising
• Uniforms
• Sponsorship
• General Members

We also have a separate role of Grievance Officer. This person is not on the committee and acts independently to handle any serious complaints (grievances). The Grievance Officer’s role is to remain impartial and manage all matters confidentially and respectfully.

Our AGM is coming up on Monday 4th August at 6.30pm in the clubrooms. If you'd like to join the committee, you'll need to submit a nomination form before the AGM starts. 

Committee meetings are held once a month, usually on a Monday night @ 6.30pm.

Don’t worry if you can’t make every meeting, we understand life gets busy!

We encourage new members to get involved and we’re always excited to see new faces on the committee!
