Calling All RSC Families – We Need Your Help!

Our first big meet of the season is coming up on Sunday 3rd August, and as always, it’s one of the club’s most important fundraising opportunities.

Funds raised from this event help us to:

• Subsidize holiday clinics for our swimmers
• Maintain and purchase essential equipment (e.g. stopwatches, auto coach equipment)
• Support a range of other club initiatives throughout the year

To make this fundraiser a success, we’re looking for a team of parents to help collect donations from local businesses. If you can spare a few hours to assist, please email admin@ringwoodswimmingclub.org.au, and we’ll send you a copy of our club donation request letter.

🎁 So far, we’ve received some fantastic raffle prizes, including:

• A stunning hamper from Robert Gordon Pottery (valued at over $250)
• Vouchers from Funky Trunks, Grill’d, and Guzman y Gomez (GYG)
• An Arena backpack valued at $125

However, we’re still in need of:

• Two more large raffle prizes, or a few smaller prizes that we can bundle together
• Small prizes for our popular lucky envelopes (e.g. candles, chocolates, restaurant vouchers, drink bottles, etc.)
• BBQ donations, including sausages, bacon, eggs, bread, rolls, onions, serviettes, sauces
• Drinks: bottled water and cans of soft drink

If you think you can help, please let us know by Tuesday 1st July. Once we’ve got our team of helpers, we’ll create a WhatsApp group to coordinate donations and avoid any doubling up.
