Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Carers,
A Wonderful Day of Leadership and Friendship
What an inspiring day we had during our recent Friendship Day! It was a true celebration of the values that shape our school—leadership, kindness, inclusion, friendship and community spirit.
A heartfelt thank you to the more than 80 parents who joined us for the parent workshop and participated in classroom activities with our students. Your involvement brought such warmth and energy to the day, and it was wonderful to see our school community come together in such a meaningful way.
I would also like to extend my deepest appreciation to Melissa Overton and our amazing Senior students for their outstanding preparation and presentation. Their leadership, creativity, and commitment were evident in every aspect of the day.
The morning concluded with a fabulous picnic on the playground. Thank you once again for your continued support and partnership. Together, we are nurturing confident leaders and kind friends—one day at a time.
Semester One Reports & Parent-Teacher Conferences
Our dedicated teachers are currently in the process of preparing Semester One student reports, which provide a detailed overview of each child’s learning progress, achievements, and areas for future growth. These reports are thoughtfully written, drawing on a wide range of assessments, classroom observations, and student reflections. I am pleased to let you know that Semester One reports will be available to parents during Week 9, on Wednesday 25th June.
Following the release of reports, we will be holding Parent-Teacher Conferences in Week 9 and Week 10. These meetings provide a valuable opportunity for parents and teachers to come together to discuss each child’s progress, celebrate successes, and collaborate on strategies to support continued learning and development.
Students in Years 3 to 6 will be invited to participate in these Parent-Teacher-Student Conferences. Their involvement encourages student voice and ownership of learning, allowing them to reflect on their achievements, share their goals, and take an active role in their educational journey. We look forward to these important conversations and thank you for your ongoing partnership in your child’s education.
