Child Safe & Wellbeing

Safety, Respect and Learning

All parents and carers are invited to join our growing network of families who connect over a coffee and a sweet treat.

When we gather, we reflect on challenges and share helpful strategies to support our young people. Most importantly, we make connections with each other to help foster a positive community to belong to.

Our next session will be at Balla Balla Community Centre on Thursday 31st July at 9am.For this session we have invited Erica McWilliam, our roaming School Nurse, to join us. Erica will discuss early prevention and intervention of health concerns and various pathways for support with allied health professionals if required.

Please RSVP via this link to help us prepare for the session: https://forms.gle/SYRh92rg2UFLw79YA

We look forward to seeing old faces and new!

Kind regards, The Wellbeing Team

Safety First: 10km on School Grounds – No Exceptions

A reminder to all families that the speed limit within school grounds is strictly 10km/h.

Even after you’ve dropped your child off, there are still over 700 other children making their way into school. Every single one of them deserves to arrive safely.

Please drive with extreme care, patience, and full attention. No phone distractions, no rushing, just a shared commitment to keeping our children safe.

Staff will be speaking directly with any families observed driving unsafely or exceeding the speed limit. This is about protecting every child on our grounds.

Let’s all do our part. It only takes a moment to prevent a tragedy.
