Leadership Communication
My Lord and My God
Dear Families,
We believe that when schools and families work together, amazing things happen for our children. That’s why we’re so looking forward to welcoming you on Thursday 3rd July for our mid-year conversations about your child’s progress, report, and how they are going at school.
Our teachers are ready and excited to connect with you – these conversations are a powerful way to celebrate growth, share insights, and continue building strong partnerships that help every child thrive.
You will have received an email with instructions to book your time – we’ve included it again below in case you haven’t had a chance to lock in a slot yet. We can’t wait to see you there!
Communication to Families Parent Teacher Interviews
You can now book your child’s interview via SIMON Everywhere or through your PAM Account. Where possible, we ask students to come with their parents to the interview. This is a great opportunity for students to share their learning progress.
If you would like an interview but cannot come to school, please still book a time as usual. After booking, please email your child’s teacher to let them know you need the interview online. The teacher will then email you a meeting link.
Step | What to Do |
---|---|
1 | Book early: Log in to PAM to secure your spot |
2 | Do your prep: Bring your child’s report and 2–3 key questions, like “What home strategies can support their reading or organisation?” |
3 | Be punctual: Stick to your 10‑minute slot so everything runs smoothly—our PA system will manage timing |
4 | Engage respectfully: Keep the conversation focused, respectful, and centred on your child’s development |
Parent–Teacher Interviews are more than a scheduled event—they’re an ongoing commitment to supporting your child. We encourage every family to attend unless they’ve already engaged in a PSG meeting this term. If you have any questions or require special arrangements, please contact the school office.
Thank you for being involved in your child’s education—see you in Week 11!
