BHCS BUS SERVICE
With the rising costs of fuel, we know many of our households are looking for ways to save time and money. We want to remind you that our dedicated school bus service exists to assist school families and also manage the traffic flow within the local area.
Why Choose the BHCS Bus Services?
- Our service is run exclusively for BHCS students by Ventura. We are so fortunate to have regular drivers who are kind, respectful, and truly part of our school family.
- Whether you need the bus every day or just for one end of the day, we offer both Full-Time and Part-Time options.
- Many of our routes are eligible for the Government Conveyance Allowance to help offset costs. Plus, charges are conveniently added to your school fees and can be paid in flexible installments.

BHCS CANTEEN
First day of trade for the Student Canteen in Term 2 will be Wednesday 22nd April.
PREP – YEAR 6: The canteen is available for lunch orders on Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. Primary students (Prep - Year 6) may pre-order lunch orders via the Flexischools app only. No window service.
YEAR 7 - YEAR 12: Are welcome to order at the Canteen window during recess and lunch.
TREETOPS CAFE
First day of trade for the School Cafe in Term 2 will be Tuesday 21st April.
The Cafe runs every day except Wednesday. Senior students (Year 7 -12) are able to order food from the Cafe during break times. Only Year 11 & 12 students may use the tables and chairs in the Cafe.
ALINTA (UNIFORM SHOP)
Alinta will be open from 9am - 1pm on
Monday 20th April.
Alinta will resume regular trading hours for Term 2 from Tuesday 21st April.
The normal uniform shop hours are as follows:
Tuesdays: 8.00am - 12.00pm
Thursday: 12.00pm - 4.00pm
1st Saturday of Month - 9.00am - 12.00pm

WELLBEING RESOURCES
We know that it can sometimes be hard to find the necessary resources in relation to mental health, bullying and family violence, especially when things are tough. For this reason, the School has a small webpage with links related to health and wellbeing resources. This can be found on the School's website under Other Resources or can be found here.
SCHOOL FEE ACCOUNTS
All 2026 annual school fee statements have now been issued via email, together with the information regarding the commencement of Direct Debit arrangements. If you have not received your fee and/or payment information, firstly, please check your email spam folder, or contact our Finance Office at
schoolfees@bhcs.vic.edu.au who will be happy to assist. Our 2026 Fee Schedule can be viewed here.
YEAR 7 ENROLMENTS 2028
If you have a child you would like to attend BHCS in 2028 for Year 7, please contact our Registrar at registrar@bhcs.vic.edu.au (if you have not submitted an application already). Children currently attending BHCS do not require an application.
ARE YOU IN FLEXISCHOOLS?
Families are reminded to download and subscribe to the Flexischools app. This is the portal that is used for canteen ordering and used in the event of an emergency.
KIT LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
KIT is designed to be your go-to resource for all things related to your child's academic journey. You can easily access student timetables, see classes, and find important information about your secondary child's curriculum.
We know how busy family life can be, so we've made KIT user-friendly and a great way to stay connected with your child's learning.
KIT is primarily designed for Secondary students, but Primary families can access information such as timetables for their child within this system.
All families can also access links to report absences, access the calendar, read the latest newsletter, or find links to other helpful information.
KIT also has a web app that can be installed by clicking on the link found at the top right under Notifications once you're in the system. Installing this will eliminate the need to access KIT via a web browser.
Your login will be based on the email you have provided, simply click on 'forgot password' to set your login for the first time.
