Room 11 and 12 Float Parade

The students from Rooms 11 and 12 have been working hard over the last few weeks, putting their analytical and creative skills to the test.

Students worked in small groups to choose and research a country and learn some interesting facts about it. Some of these facts included the monetary units, greetings in the native language, famous landmarks, or historic events. 

The children then worked together to design and build a float which would represent that country. They showcased their work to our students this morning in a Christmas Pagean style event, where they also shared their interesting facts at the end of the parade.

It was a wonderful showcase of their learning, and thoroughly enjoyed by the students and staff. Well done Rooms 11 and 12!
