2025 Echuca Twin Rivers Summer Spectacular– Online Fundraiser

Gallery Image

Echuca Twin Rivers Primary School are running a Summer Spectacular fundraiser to raise funds to support our wonderful school. Funds raised will go towards investing in quality sports facilities, such as a track around the school oval. This will encourage physical health, outdoor play, and long-term healthy habits among students. Our students will come together and participate in our Summer Spectacular. They will be seeking online sponsorship for their efforts, all funds raised will go towards quality sports facilities.

How will this fundraiser work? We have partnered with online fundraising company Go Raise It.  Collecting sponsorship online makes it super easy for everyone - no more door knocking, your child can collect more donations from further afield (friends & family living overseas, work colleagues etc) and no need to worry about handling cash!

How do I sign my child up to fundraise online? Each child can sign up for their very own fundraising web page to send out to collect online sponsorship from anyone, anywhere!

Just go to our Fundraising Hub page at: https://echucatwinriverssummerspectacular.goraiseit.com.au/

Or use the QR Code to visit the hub page:

Prizes:

We have a great range of fundraising prizes available including spot prizes and overall fundraising prizes for classes/individuals. Please see the Prizes page linked on the Fundraising Hub page of our fundraising website.

On Thursday, the whole 3/4 crew went on an excursion to the Port of Echuca. We all learned about Henry Hopwood, the founder of Echuca. We found the massive log buggy on our scavenger hunt. We collected information on Henry Hopwood and the Port of Echuca. We also went to the Campaspe library. We got an icypole before we went back to Echuca Twin Rivers Primary School, it was delicious on a hot day! By Marlee K

On Thursday we went on an excursion to the Port of Echuca.

First 3/4B did a scavenger hunt we found the thong tree, log buggy , and found 2 big fig trees. Next 3/4B went on a tour of the Port of Echuca, and we saw paddle steamers.

Then we saw Henry Hopwood's Bridge Hotel, he was a convict that settled in Echuca. He originally called Echuca, Hopwood's Ferry.

Finally we went to the library and Karen the librarian read us three stories. - By Sophie L

Senior students have been watching "The Greatest Showman".  This film beautifully supports our school values of Inclusiveness and Respect. The story celebrates diversity, individuality, and resilience—reminding students that everyone deserves to feel valued and accepted for who they are. These ideas will also be explored through our Showcase performance of “This Is Me”, a song that powerfully communicates pride, confidence, and unity.
