Leadership Centre
Selamat siang,
What a wonderful week it has been in the Leadership Centre.
Students have begun drafting their speeches for our public speaking unit. It has been a joy watching them think deeply about what happiness means to them. We have loved learning about the things that fill their lives with joy, whether it is playing sport, spending time with friends, achieving personal goals or caring for their pets. One thing is certain. Our students are surrounded by amazing people and experiences that make them happy.
In mathematics, students have been showing great focus as they complete their assessments. It has been fantastic to see their problem-solving skills grow and their positive mindset shine through when tackling challenging tasks. On Thursday, the 5/6 students completed a Rich Assessment Task on time. Their knowledge and perseverance led to some impressive learning.
During Leadership Hour, our Year 5 students have been working hard on their Year 6 portraits. They are capturing their buddies beautifully and the artworks look incredible. Our Year 6 students have been equally committed as they write and practise their graduation speeches, ready to celebrate their achievements and the journey ahead.

- HATS ARE BACK! Please ensure your child has a hat and leaves it in their tub at school! Thanks for your co-operation with this!
- Our library is open! Please ensure your child has their library book and bag on their day.
- Please remember to bring your Pleasant day out raffle tickets in!!
- The weather is picking up, and it would be great to have all students bring a drink bottle to school!

Attention Year 6 Families - Baby Photos for Graduation
We are looking forward to celebrating Year 6 Graduation at the end of the year, with preparations already underway!
One of our beloved traditions is sharing three baby photos from between the ages of 0-5 as part of the presentation. We are asking if you could please email gradesixgraduation@gmail.com with these three photos by November 30th. We usually recommend one baby photo, one as a toddler and one around kinder age but any family favourites will be great! Also, if your child attended another school prior to MPRPS and you have their school photo, it would also be much appreciated if you could send those though.
We will send reminder emails over the coming weeks but we like to get an early start as it takes a while to collate everything! Thank you so much for your support.
