Volunteer Sign Up- We need your help!!!

The PDO is shaping up to be amazing experience for the school community with loads of fun activities and entertainment, plus heaps of food and drinks options to fuel the hungry visitors.

But we can’t run this event without our school community’s support on the day. 

We need a total of 175 volunteers across the event to make sure the day runs smoothly and make it enjoyable for the kids. 

It would be fabulous if as many families as possible can put their name down to help for an hour at one of the many volunteer spots. Any parent, grandparent, aunty/uncle, friends are all welcome to be volunteers (18+ please).

Working Bee

There will be a working bee from 10am - 4pm on Sunday 16th November to help prepare the school site for Pleasant Day Out. There will be jobs for everyone to do regardless of your skill set. Come for some or all of the time, whatever time you can give is greatly appreciated! Please see Jonny Hobbs at the office if you have any questions.

WE NEED YOUR HELP TO DELIVER FLYERS What you need to do:

1. Collect flyers – Flyers will be available from the school office from Monday 6th October
2. Choose your area (see below) – A map of our local community is at the school office:
   • Highlight the section/streets you are able to cover.
   • Write your name next to your chosen area.
3. Deliver flyers – Please deliver your flyers to letterboxes between Monday 6th - Monday 20th October (first 2 weeks of Term 4) - Be mindful – Only place flyers in letterboxes, not on fences or cars. Avoid “No Junk Mail” boxes.

We invite any interested students who would like to share their special talent or school on the stage at Pleasant Day Out to express their interest. Whether you sing, play an instrument, dance, tumble or perform magic... we'd love to see you do your thing!
