Wellbeing
Dear Parents and Carers,
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Wellbeing Night at Galilee, where we will explore essential aspects of our children's emotional and social development. This informative and engaging evening will focus on key topics such as: emotional regulation, worry journaling, and understanding your child's unique play style.
During this session, you will discover practical tools to help manage everyday challenges, balance emotions, and gain a deeper understanding of childrens’ behaviour. These insights are designed to empower you with strategies that are not only effective at home but also align with the approaches we use here at Galilee to foster mindful and supportive environments for our children.
Our dedicated staff will share how we incorporate these strategies into our daily practices, helping to build resilience, self-awareness, and a strong sense of wellbeing among our students. Whether you are looking to better manage stress, connect more meaningfully with your child, or simply learn more about the foundations of their emotional growth, this evening will provide valuable insights and actionable advice.
