Encouraging Students to Be Inquirers

At Good News Lutheran College, we strive to develop curious, engaged, and reflective learners. One of the key attributes we encourage in our students is the ability to be inquirers. This means fostering a mindset where students are curious about the world around them, ask meaningful questions, and are motivated to seek answers independently.

Being an inquirer is about more than just gathering information. It’s about cultivating critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a deep desire to explore new ideas. When our students actively inquire, they become lifelong learners who are equipped to navigate a rapidly changing world.

Whether through science projects or even discussions in Christian Studies, students have been diving deep into their learning, asking thoughtful questions, and challenging themselves to explore beyond what is presented.

As educators and as a school community, we are committed to supporting this journey of inquiry by providing environments where students feel safe to express curiosity and think critically. Together, we are creating a culture that nurtures inquisitive minds and encourages all students to take ownership of their learning.

As we move forward, let's continue to support and celebrate the inquiring minds of our students. Their curiosity is the first step toward innovation, creativity, and growth. We look forward to seeing where their questions and discoveries will lead them next!
