Principal's News

Courage, Faith, Love

Dear St Agatha’s Community,

As we approach the end of Term Three, it’s a joy to reflect on all the remarkable learning taking place at our school.  It's wonderful to witness the smiling faces, the teamwork, and the friendships that continue to blossom among our students. The caring nature and the impressive work being produced by all children across the school truly reflect the vibrant community at St Agatha’s.

Building Works Update

While it may appear that not much has been happening behind the fence, there has been progress over the past three weeks. All heating and air conditioning units have been removed, and essential services such as water, electricity, and Wi-Fi have been safely disconnected. The builders have ensured these services remain operational in the portables and the Foundation Hub!

We are excited to announce that the Todd building will be completely demolished during the upcoming holidays. When we return to school, we will have a cleared site, allowing the builders to prepare the foundations for the new building, which is currently being constructed offsite. This new structure is set to be delivered and craned into place during the January school holidays.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding as we navigate this building process. The end result will undoubtedly be worth the effort and temporary inconveniences.

We hope everyone has a safe and restful break over the holidays and returns refreshed for a fantastic Term 4 and we certainly look forward to welcoming Mrs Bruitzman back!

A Prayer for the end of Term Three

Dear God,

As we come to the end of another term,

we thank you for being with us.

Thank you for giving us joy so far, this year.

Thank you for surrounding us with Your peace and

thank you for another term to start over again.

We ask you to please bless our learners, their families and our staff.

We hope everyone recharges and refreshes during the holidays,

and that everyone remains safe and well.

Amen
