What is your favourite TV show?
The Good Place.
What is your favourite food?
Ramen or sushi. I can’t decide!
Why did you want to work in education?
I wanted to work in education because I feel like I want to make a difference for the next couple of generations. The idea of becoming a role-model for others motivates me as I want to support them to the best of my ability, helping them succeed and increase their learning progression.
What are you most proud of?
I am most proud of my partner Yasmin. She’s currently in her second year of medical school and trying her absolute best at everything that presents itself. Through hospital placements, peer tutoring and the overall study workload, I see myself being inspired as I want to be able to help others within schools just like how Yasmin does within hospitals.
Do you have any hobbies?
I love my sports (soccer, basketball), playing video games and playing the piano.
Do you have any special talents that would surprise us?
Not really a special talent but I’m born on the 29th February on a leap year.
What do you enjoy most about your role at ENPS?
I enjoy the responsibilities of being a teacher. Whether it’s through yard duties, attending meetings, marking students’ work or teaching within classrooms, I really like the atmosphere which is heavily prominent with the ENPS staff as the students that make such a vibrant community.
