Year Three

The Year Threes have been inquiring into sustainable packaging and design choices through the transdisciplinary theme Sharing the Planet. The students have explored types of natural and processed materials, examined the purposes of specific materials for packaging, and considered how design choices influence our environment. As part of their summative assessment for this unit, students designed environmentally friendly packaging and created advertisements to persuade their audience to buy their products.

The Year Threes are excited to share their finished project with their parents and carers at their Mini Exhibition on Monday 21st of October 2:45pm - 3:15pm in the Year Three classrooms.
