BANKSIA NEWS

Today, our Banksia 3-year-old kinder children took part in Clean Up Australia Day by learning how to care for our environment. Together, we talked about keeping our kinder and outdoor spaces clean and why rubbish belongs in the bin.

The children helped by picking up small pieces of rubbish around our play areas, wearing gloves and working alongside their friends and educators. They showed great enthusiasm and pride as they helped make our space clean and safe.

Through this experience, the children are beginning to learn that even small actions can help look after our environment and that we all have a role to play in caring for our world 🌏.
