Principal's Message
TERM 1 SEMESTER 1
Bonjour à tous.
It was lovely to see so many parents at the whole school Ash Wednesday Mass this week. After Mass our Gr 6 students were presented with their leadership badges. We look forward to seeing them grow as leaders and role models of our school.
We held Parent Teacher Interviews on Tuesday and Thursday this week. Teachers enjoyed meeting you all and learning more about your children and how to best support them.
NAPLAN 2026: NAPLAN testing for Gr 3 & 5 students is scheduled on and between Wednesday 11th March to Monday 23rd March. Grade 3 & 5 families will receive an email shortly with testing schedule times. If you could avoid making appointments during NAPLAN testing times, that would be much appreciated
The Parents & Friends Easter Raffle tickets went home this week. We ask families to donate an Easter item to go in our hampers if you can. Donations are being accepted now.
School fee accounts were sent home this week. We ask that accounts be settled by Thursday 2nd April unless you are on a payment plan or have an arrangement with the school in place. If you are experiencing difficulties in meeting your commitment to paying off your school fees, please reach out to us for assistance - we are here to help. Our finance officer, Michaela, is in the office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays.
A reminder to HEALTHCARE CARD holders. If you hold a current HealthCare card and have not yet applied for the Camps, Sports and Excursion Funding, please make contact with the office. (The HealthCare Card must be in the parent's name). You should be eligible for a receive $400 per child to come off your sports, camps, and excursion levy on your account and entitles you to a significant subsidy off your school fees account after the $400 has been applied. Those who have previously applied for the CSEF funding will not need to reapply. We will be able to roll your applications over to this year.

Lenten Prayer
God of all love,
We remember that on the night before he died Your son, Jesus, prayed that his friends ‘may all be one.’
Yet we see so much division in the world. War, conflict, violence and hatred must all distress you.
Millions of people suffer when they don’t have peace and respect. They lack the necessities of life: food, water, health, education and security.
We pray that we may all Unite Against Poverty this Lent. May our support for Project Compassion be a sign to ourselves and others, of our hope for a better world.
This Lent, we pray that our dedication to prayer, fasting and almsgiving will help restore your vision of justice and peace.
Guided by the Holy Spirit,
we pray in Jesus’ name,
Amen.
