St Michael's PFA News

PFA News:

With Easter falling so late this year, we will be returning to school just before Mother's Day.   There will be three events to celebrate our Mums in the second week of term 2 that you will receive more information about shortly - but please put them into your calendar now!

Kids and Mums Breakfast:

On Friday 2nd May, our inaugural Kids and Mums Breakfast will be held in the Hub from 8.00am to 8.45am.  This will conclude with a short morning prayer for Mums in the Hub at 8.45am (in place of normal morning prayer in the classrooms).  All children, whether they attend the breakfast or not, will be asked to start the day in the Hub at 8.45am.  Toddlers and older children, as well as current students, are welcome to attend.  There will be some fun activities set up as well as lots of yummy food to kick the day off with.

This new event is similar to the annual Father’s Day Event, which will also become a ticketed paid event in 2025.  An invitation will be set home with the eldest child in the family shortly.  A family ticket will be $10.

 Mother's Day Stall:

Following the Mums and Kids Breakfast, on Friday May 2nd, the annual Mother's Day Stall will be held.  Each class will have the opportunity to come and select presents during class time.   This stall is a week early this year due to the 5/6 Camp on 7th - 9th May.

Gifts are $8.00 each and tickets can be purchased via the Humanitix link that will be placed in next week’s newsletter and circulated to all WhatsApp groups.

Grandmother gifts are also available. More than one gift can be purchased.

All orders must be received by 5pm Wednesday 30th May.

Annual St Michaels Women's Brunch…. Now Lunch!:
