AUSLAN

What an incredible beginning to the year it has been for our students as they dive into the exciting world of AUSLAN! From the moment the program started, there has been a noticeable buzz of enthusiasm throughout the school. Teachers have been filled with pride as they watch the students engage with such energy and excitement. It's been wonderful to see the eagerness they bring to each lesson.

Throughout this term, students have been introduced to various key elements of AUSLAN, and it's been a delight to watch their progress. They have begun learning the alphabet, which has helped them to start building their foundation in the language. Along with the alphabet, students have also explored essential signs for everyday communication, such as signs for colours, family members, animals, and numbers. These are fundamental aspects of AUSLAN that will serve them well as they continue to develop their skills. Additionally, the students have learned important school-related signs, helping them to better interact with their peers and teachers in AUSLAN.

As we look ahead, we are excited to see how much further our students will progress with their AUSLAN learning. The enthusiasm shown this term gives us every reason to believe that next term will be just as successful, if not more so. We are all looking forward to building on this fantastic start and watching our students grow in their knowledge and confidence in AUSLAN.
