When someone finds literacy and numeracy challenging at school teachers design ways to support and improve results by using evidence based practices -this is exactly the same with behaviour. No longer is school a place of a teachers barking out orders and yelling, instead we teach and discuss expectations and possible consequences with students and apply consequences consistently, but with flexibility, across students and situations.
