Election Day BBQ & Cake Stall

The Federal Election is on Saturday 3rd May and the school hall will be used as a polling place. As we have done previously we will use this opportunity to fundraise for the school by organising a BBQ and Cake Stall on the day from 8am- 4pm.
To make the cake stall a success, we would love everyone to make a cake, or some biscuits, slices, jams, sauces or chutneys (no muffins, scones or anything that needs refrigerating) and bring it to school for us to sell on the day. Cake plates and information sheets will be brought home by students today (eldest child). Extra plates will be available from the office if needed. Please wrap your goods nicely (you don’t have to use the plate provided) as presentation is everything! Baked goods should be brought to school on Friday 2nd May. See the attached for more information. If you would like some recipes please contact the school office.
We will also need help with packaging, registration and pricing of some of the baked goods on Friday 2nd May. If you can spare a bit of time please come along to school on the times listed below and register through the link here - volunteersignup.org/HBK9B.
Session 1: 9-11am
Session 2: 2-4pm
Please contact the school office if you have any questions.
To sign up and help on the day please click on the following links (or paste it into your browser). It only takes a few seconds to do, just follow the instructions on the page.
