VICE PRINCIPAL

The end of the term is sneaking up on us all very quickly and the remainder of the term is very busy across the College. It is a timely reminder and I ask parents/carers to reinforce and have discussions with their child to remain focused and to stay on task right up to and including the last day of term. 

Students need to be making the most of every opportunity, as we cannot get the time back from missed opportunities. Students are encouraged to be positively selfish about their own learning and socialise, by relaxing after hours and not during instructional time.

Parent Teacher Interviews 

Friday 11th April is scheduled for Parent Teacher Interviews. Staff are currently finalising the interim reports for students across the College. Information to access the reports is scheduled to be emailed out to parents/carers Friday 4th April. The information sent out will contain the details of how to book interview times via Compass with your child’s respective teachers/trainers.

The format will be a combination of face to face and phone interviews. Details for the day are attached for your reference. 

As mentioned in previous communication, the interview day is an opportunity for parents/carers to discuss their child’s progress to date from a positive aspect and areas to work on. On the day when bookings have been made it is expected that your child is in attendance with you at the interview.
