Our very first CHAPS meeting is coming up on Monday 10th Feb at 7pm in the staffroom!!

Everyone is welcome and we always encourage new members to join in and get around our wonderful school community!

At the first meeting we plan out our year of fundraisers and assign our formal committee roles. Don’t freak out!! - They are all voluntary and even if you are wanting to become a member of the CHAPs Group, you don’t necessarily have to have a formal role 😮‍💨

Formal roles do need to be voted in at the AGM meeting though.

The formal roles to be filled are:

President
Vice president
Secretary/Treasure
Communications officer.

Smaller supported roles:

Mum/dads day stall co-ordinators x 2
Easter Hampers
School Disco
Colour Run
Cadbury Chocolate drive.
Bunnings BBQ

We are always open to new members and what a good time to start - the start of the year!

So come on down and suss us out!! I’ll bring the snacks 🍓🍫🍿🥂🍩 😉
