Student Medication & Medical Action Plans
If you anticipate that your child will require medication in 2025 the relevant medical forms will need to be prepared by your doctor, signed,dated and submitted to the school office. The school is not able to give out any medication unless the relevant forms have been given to the school. Medication needs to be in its original packaging and labelled with your child’s name on it
