Our first week in Year One

In Year 1, our students have been having lots of fun learning about each other, making new friends, playing cooperative games, and settling back into classroom routines. We created a classroom agreement using our Highvale values. The Year 1s designed self-portraits and completed an "All About Me" poster, showcasing their artistic talents and highlighting their unique interests. They also learned about being bucket fillers to help maintain a happy and healthy classroom.

Below are some images of the activities that we have been doing. They have made a fantastic start to 2025, and we can’t wait to see what they achieve throughout the year!

Student Voice:

Omar- I have enjoyed playing with Ewen.
