Student Curriculum Materials (formerly ‘Booklists’) 2025
Later this week, every family will receive details via email about the curriculum materials that will be provided to your child in 2025. Once again parents will be asked to contribute towards the cost of supplies their children will have access to in the classroom throughout the year.
We have had wonderful support from our parent community in the past to support the ongoing costs of providing curriculum resources for all students across the school and appreciate your support into the future.

Monday, December 9th (1:30-5:00pm) *School finishes at the earlier time of 1pm*
Wednesday, December 11th (4:00-6:00pm)
The purpose of the parent teacher interview at this stage of the year is:
- To provide further explanation on reports
- Elaborate on level of achievement and level of progress
- Elaborate on effort/work habits
- Elaborate on social/emotional aspects
- Opportunity for parents to ask questions
End of Year Reports
End of year student reports will be available to parents this Friday afternoon after 4pm in your Compass portal. Please take some time to read and discuss this report with your child to celebrate their learning journey throughout this year and their goals as they transition into 2025.
The end of the year written report and parent teacher interview form part of our formal reporting process to parents throughout the year, but parents are reminded that they are welcome to contact their child’s classroom teacher at any stage during the year to discuss their child’s learning. The best way to do this is to contact your child’s classroom teacher via their Compass email, or direct school email.
Homework
The homework that was sent home last Friday and is due back at school this Thursday, is the final lot of homework for this year. Once this has been marked by the child’s classroom teacher, homework books will be sent home.
Many thanks to all parents and carers who have diligently supported their child/ren throughout the year in completing homework tasks, including home reading, it is very much appreciated.
‘Meet the Teacher’- 2025 Transition Session
As part of our transition of students between year levels, on Friday, December 13th, all students in years Prep- 5 will spend some time meeting with their new teacher/s for 2025.
On this day they will also be given a letter from their new teacher/s that will contain information about what the new school year will bring, as well as the teacher’s email contact information.
Students will bring these letters home at the end of the day on December 13th, so please keep an eye out for it and contact your child’s current classroom teacher if you do not receive a copy, as this is how parents and carers are informed of who their child’s teacher is for 2025.
