School Saving Bonus

Last week the School Saving Bonus system portal went live to families. Please read the key information below to help streamline the process for you. We have also created a page of frequently asked questions that may help answer some of your questions.

26th, 27th & 28th November
Parents and carers received a second email from the Department of Education with their unique $400 bonus code. Families can start spending with suppliers in store and online to dedicated uniform suppliers and allocating to school activities.

26th November – 30th June 2025
Families can continue to spend and allocate within the School Saving Bonus online system.
School Saving Bonus System
Once you have received the secondary email from the department, to log into the SSB system use the code provided and your email address and then you can choose how to spend the School Saving Bonus. The Department of Education will email separately for each child. So, if you have multiple children in your family, you will receive a separate code for each child.
Please note: Once you allocate your bonus to an in-store purchase, an online purchase, or to school activities, it cannot be reversed. If you have any unspent funds, or the funds you allocate to in-store purchases or online purchases cannot be used, these funds will automatically be available on your child’s school account as an activities credit on 1 July 2025.
