ALL PREP STUDENTS
It is important that all families fill in the permission forms for the school nurse to see their child here at school for an initial assessment. this is a free service which just an initial check-up of eyesight and hearing. This is important for their growth and development and learning.

Years 1-6
Students in Year 1-6 can also have a check-up with the school nurse and there is an online form this separate to the prep one.
